Disease and complication: History of chronic pancreatitis with recurrent abdominal pain since teenager
History of laparoscopic cholecystectomy 22 years ago:
- Dermatolipectomy in 1998
- Several bladder neck diltion 10 years ago
- Laparoscopic total colectomy on 28/12/21
- Redo-ileorectal anastomosis last year (another hospital)
Previously, patient needed to stay on bed for almost the whole day with persistent pain, pain score about 9-10. She was not able to have meal for almost 8 years. She also went to see many doctors in several countries.

Outcome after surgery: Patient recovered well postoperatively without complications, her clinical was significantly improved.
