Bangkok Hospital Headquarters took part in The CAMBODIA-ASEAN BUSINESS SUMMIT 2024 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Bangkok Hospital Headquarters has participated in “CAMBODIA-ASEAN BUSINESS SUMMIT – Unleashing ASEAN’s Potential: Connectivity, Technology, and Inclusive Growth” hosted by The Royal Government of Cambodia and ASEAN Business Advisory Council Cambodia in partnership with all international chambers and business associations in Cambodia during 1-2 April 2024 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. Opening Keynote was addressed by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Themed as “Unleashing ASEAN’s Potential: Connectivity, Technology, and Inclusive Growth”, the Cambodia-ASEAN Business Summit 2024 aims to be a catalyst for unlocking the enormous potential of the ASEAN region, bringing together policymakers, delegates and key business leaders in different respective fields including healthcare industry. The leaders and participants could profoundly explore the connectivity within ASEAN, technology innovation and digitization as well as inclusive growth for a thriving ASEAN community. 

During the event Dr. Matinee Maipang, CEO – Group 1 of BDMS and Hospital Director of Bangkok Hospital Hospital together with Dr. Sirisak Rojanaprasertkij, Acting Hospital Director of Royal Phnom Penh Hospital and Royal Angkor International Hospital have represented Bangkok Hospital as the member of BDMS, one of the largest healthcare networks in Asia in which medical advances and leading-edge technology as well as digitalization in healthcare have been emphasized to pursue flourishing business growth and sustainability. In addition, Dr. Pradit Somprakit, Senior Chief Information Officer (CIO) – Group 1 of BDMS and Managing Director of Greenline Synergy Co.,Ltd has attended panel discussion session as one of the key panelists on the topic of “Leveraging Technology for Inclusive Growth” where core statement was referred to advances in digital technology and digital transformation in healthcare. The event was ended with Gala Dinner, hosted by H.E Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
