My B+ Application
One Click for Your Health Records
My B+ Application is a mobile app that gives you access to your health records anytime and anywhere with just one click. You can choose to get the health service that you need faster through the following features:
How to Use My B+ Application
How to Start and Register My B+ Application
- My B+ Application is supported by iOS 14.0 and Android 10.0 and higher.
- After installing My B+ App, click to register.
- Enter your National ID Card and mobile phone number
- Click to request OTP
- Enter OTP number that is sent to your mobile phone.
- Enter your desired password which has to be 8 letters with a combination of uppercase, lowercase and numbers such as Aaa23xxx
- Set a 6 digits number PIN Code
- Enter disclosure of personal information process
- Enter your personal information. (If you are already registered as a patient at Bangkok Hospital, please provide the same information accordingly.)
- In case your information already exists in the system, it will be automatically linked to the application. But it does not, our staff will help verify your personal information and link it to the application before you can start using it.
- If you have any trouble registering, please call 0 – 2310 – 3771 (08.00 – 17.00 hrs.)
How to Make Online Appointment
- Choose Make Appointment > Create Appointment > ✔️at On – Site or Online on the menu below
- Search Doctor or Specialty that you desire
- Choose Doctor and Date that you need, press Confirm Appointment
- Choose Time that you require > Indicate your reason for appointment > press Confirm Appointment
- Once you finish, your appointment will be shown in My B+ Appointment
How to Use Telemedicine
You can use online consultation service by following these easy steps:
- Choose Make Appointment > Create Appointment > ✔️at On – Site or Online on the menu below
- Search Doctor or Specialty that you desire
- Choose Doctor and Date that you need, press Confirm Appointment
- Choose Time that you require > Indicate your reason for appointment > press Confirm Appointment (**Remark: Add Consent Form for Telemedicine process in case of Go live which will be informed later)
- Once you finish, your appointment will be shown in My B+ Appointment
- On the appointment date, select Chat at the menu below > Press BDMS – IsHealth
- Our staff will ask initial questions via Chat and request you to confirm that you desire online consultation.
- After your confirmation, the system will send an E – Payment link for your payment.
- After your payment is completed, the doctor will make a video call to you for the requested consultation.
- If the doctor prescribed any medicine for you, the system will send a notification asking you to Choose method of delivery. You can choose Pick-up or Delivery (fees applied)
- Confirm delivery address.
- Pay for medicine and delivery charges (if any).
- Our pharmacist will advise you on the medication. > End of process.
Authentication Methods: Fingerprint or Facial Scan or Pin Password
Bangkok Hospital takes the utmost care to protect your personal information. All of our My B+ Application users must verify themselves before using the app every time to ensure their security.
Identification can be authenticated by one of the following methods:
- Using fingerprint scan
- Using facial recognition
- Using your selected PIN Code
Forget Password
You can enter a new password by choosing Forget Password and PIN Code on the sign in page.
- Enter your National ID card number, mobile phone number or E-mail that is linked to your account.
- Press Request OTP
- Enter OTP and new PIN Code

How to Change Password / PIN Code
You can change your new Password or PIN Code by following these steps:
- Profile
- Settings
- Change Password / PIN Code
- Select “Forget Password” or “Forget PIN Code”
- Enter the new Password or PIN
- Press “OK”

How to Turn On / Off Notification
You can turn on or off notifications with the steps below:

- Slide the strip and turn it “green” if you want to turn it “on”
