The Medical Women’s Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, in collaboration with Jittrakarn Center, Bangkok Hospital, organized the 5th Thai Medical Women Leadership Program workshop on “Personality Power and Inner Beauty” last September at conference room 7R Bangkok Hospital, honored by Dr. Methinee Haipang, President of Executive Committee Group 1 and Director of Bangkok Hospital, who gave the opening speech and welcomed everyone in a warm atmosphere. The event was designed for courageous medical women to move forward with physical strength, moral support, and happiness through activities that reminisce the past to rediscover oneself by the process of Mental Health Promotion; Kawa Model comparing life to a river, following the trails of the past to reflect, create a life model, and the persona one wishes to become. Aside from being doctors, many also play the role of mothers, often prioritizing work and family over themselves, a task that is not easy to harmonize, complete, and smooth. As time passes, one’s identity and personality might change entirely. Therefore, by giving time to oneself, initiating from within, it will manifest as Power and Beauty that can be shared with others, the community, and the nation as desired
