Does wearing a mask while exercising have any negative effects?
Due to the current situation, many people may need to adjust to a new lifestyle. Some exercise locations require wearing masks for service. It is recommended for everyone to constantly observe and assess themselves, choose the type of exercise and the type of mask that is appropriate. Do not exercise too strenuously, avoid crowded areas, maintain distance, wash hands regularly, and if exercising in a well-ventilated, less crowded place, wearing a mask while exercising is not recommended.
